A new 2 bedroom home and upgrade of existing 3 bedroom home incorporating:

Sustainable heat pump technology (including replacement of an existing wood burning fire)
All timber construction
Eco friendly glass wool insulation
Native planting to enhance local biodiversity

Upgrade of an existing 3 bedroom home, improving the EPC through installation of sustainable heat pump technology and improvement to insulation levels

We use passivhaus principles wherever possible, along with the latest in sustainable heating and power technology. Together with intelligent metering and control, our homes are at the forefront of energy conservation and sustainability.

We aim for zero embodied carbon - using timber construction and other sustainable methods and materials wherever possible to achieve this.

We prioritise natural systems and diverse native habitats over traditional artificial and monocultural landscaping. We use planted swales over pipes, meadow over grass and urban foresting over concrete paving. We aim to be at the forefront of the global re-wilding movement.

We choose to develop close to amenity and public transport, pursuing a car-free policy wherever possible. We only develop existing stock, or re-build on brownfield and infill land.

Enhanced levels of insulation and ventilation make for healthier homes - with drafts, damp and pollutants reduced or eliminated. The lack of sound intrusion, optimised natural daylight and increased visibility of natural features, promotes mental wellbeing.

All our homes are architecturally designed for wellbeing, functionality and to enhance the local streetscape.
